Welcome to the Grand Encyclopedier Project!

Greetings and Saluations Notable and Noble Scholar,

I have the honor of being Bartley, recently appointed by His Imperial Majesty Ferdorn III to the position of Grand Encyclopedier. As the first Grand Encyclopedier, it is my duty to create a work which will detail all that is known about our Empire: from the Soundless Sea to the forests of the Relani. Naturally, I shall require the assistance of a considerable staff who will lend me their expertise and knowledge if I am to finish this work in time to present it, as I hope to do, on the Golden Anniversary of Ferdon III assuming the Throne of his ancestors.

Now, I realize that we scholars have personalities that generally do not encourage us to work together. As difficult, disagreeable, and eccentric as we may be, this project is larger and more important than any one of us.

In order to organize our work, I propose a few rules.
